Lionel Andre is a shareholder at Murphy & McGonigle, P.C.  He has 33 years of experience as an attorney and first chair litigator at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission and United States Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia.  He is committed to  the Bar's objectives and core values of increased inclusiveness and enhanced access to justice for all D.C. residents.
